The guest bedroom has a queen size bed.

The second bath has a tub with a shower. The loft has two full size beds and a desk area. There is a full size washer and dryer in the kitchen.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the rent being paid, the deposit is lost. If you cancel after the rent is paid, you are only refunded the rent if we are able to rebook the villa.
